She also remained a celebrity judge for reality dance shows for Tamil television. Brinda Gopal, known professionally as Brinda Master, is an Indian dance choreographer and director who primarily works in South Indian cinema.

Raghuram Master is her brother-in-law. Brinda was born in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Both her sisters, Girija and Kala are also famous choreographers of film industry. This acclaimed and prolific choreographer started working as a background dancer at the age of During her high school days, she regularly participated in Bharathnatyam competitions.

She later began assisting her brother-in-law, Raghuram, in South Indian films and also worked in Bollywood since late s. Phool Aur Kaante, Prem Pratigyaa and Jagruti are among the noted Bollywood films where she worked as an assistant before she moved to south Indian film industry. She got her break with the Mohanlal-starrer Iruvar , directed by Mani Ratnam.

But as a full-fledged choreographer, she began her career only in with the movie Kaakha Kaakha. As of now, she has spent three decades in the industry.
