Fisher's professional focus has consistently been on two main concepts: utilizing prefabricated units in an industrial approach and introducing Dynamic Architecture, which incorporates the element of Time into traditional design. He was the Director of the Technical Office of Dynamic Architecture Team since the concept came up, providing the overall guidance and the coordination with the various consultants.
